RIGHT 2 LANES WILL BE CLOSED BETWEEN 9PM TO 8AM FROM MAY 3 2013 TO MAY 20 2013 5AM TO REMOVE CTB FROM ROAD WAY TO BEGIN A NEW PHASE OF CONSTRUCTION.  
 
 Southbound Entrance Ramp from SCARSDALE BLVD. Total Closure. Closed continuously until 3:00 PM, Thursday, August 1. Southbound HOV traffic will have to enter freeway at this location. HOV traffic will not be allowed to enter frontage road. All HOV traffic that needs to use FM 1959 will have to exit FM 2351 and uturn back to FM 1959. Traffic will have to continue on southbound IH 45 frontage road until FM 1959 entrance ramp south of FM 1959.  
 
 IH-610 NORTH LOOP

 Eastbound Entrance Ramp from E T C JESTER BLVD. Total Closure. Closed continuously until 5:00 AM, Monday, July 1. Detour to the entrance ramp past Ella.  
 
 Eastbound Exit Ramp to ELLA BLVD. Total Closure. Closed continuously until 9:00 AM, Monday, July 15. Detour to the N. Durham/N. Shepherd exit, U-turn to the IH 610 westbound frontage road to Ella.
