I-10 eastbound traffic needing to access I-45 North will use the to I-610 West loop northbound, continue on I-610, and use the connector ramp to I-45 to access either I-45 northbound or southbound. From there, make a left turn onto Hardy Street, followed by another left turn onto Providence Street and then use the entrance ramp from Providence St to access IH10 westbound main lanes. All southbound traffic on the IH45 HOV lane intending to access IH10 West should continue on the HOV lane and exit at Milam Street.
