All northbound and southbound traffic traffic from Taylor Street wishing to access the IH-10 westbound main lanes needs to follow detour signs to access the westbound main lanes. Closed continuously until 5:00 PM, Sunday, December 21. Chartres traffic for IH69 to turn right onto McGowen St., continue and turn left onto Emancipation Ave, continue and turn left onto Gray St., turn right onto Chartres St. and continue for 1.25 miles, turn left onto Commerce St., continue and turn right onto Chenevert St and follow signs for IH69 North. US-90 Alternate D     Eastbound from SH-288 to Mlk Blvd. Total Closure. Closed until further notice. No detour needed as Eastbound traffic will be switched to Westbound US 90A. 1 lane for each direction (Eastbound and Westbound) will be open. Expect delays. D     Westbound from Mlk Blvd to Del Rio St. 2 Inside Lane(s). Closed until further notice. SH-99 Lanier/Grand Pkwy - North N/A     Northbound and southbound from Champion Forest to Champion Forest. Total Closure. Closed continuously until 4:00 PM, Tuesday, May 26, 2026. Northbound Champion Forest traffic wishing to go west will need to turn right on the SH 99 EBFR and use the Max Conrad underpass U-Turn. SH 99 WBFR traffic wishing to go south on Champion Forest will need to continue past Champion Forest and use the Gleanloch Forest Dr/Boudreaux Rd underpass U-Turn. SH 99 EBFR traffic wishing to go west will need to continue past Champion Forest underpass and use the Max Conrad underpass U-Turn. . SH-146 E     Northbound from Red Bluff to Shoreacres/Choate. 1 Outside Lane(s). Closed until further notice. SH-249 Tomball Parkway N/A     Northbound and southbound from Hollister to SH-99 Lanier Pkwy. 2 Alternate Lane(s). Closed continuously until 5:00 AM, Sunday, November 30. Crews will have one lane closed along a one mile stretch in each direction to replace concrete barrier during the daytime hours. They may close a second lane for overnight work. They will remain at a location for a few weeks and move on to the next location. SH-288 D     Northbound Exit Ramp To Elgin/Chartres St. Total Closure. Closed continuously until 3:00 PM, Sunday, December 21. Traffic to take the exit 1 mile south of the Elgin exit to Southmore Blvd/Blodgett St. Traffic to turn left onto Southmore Blvd, then continue and turn right onto Almeda Rd. Continue on Almeda Rd and turn right onto Alabama St. Continue and turn left onto Emancipation Ave. Continue and turn left onto Tuam St, and continue to Chartres St. Chartres St D     Northbound from COMMERCE ST to RUNNELS ST. Total Closure. Closed continuously until 6:00 PM, Thursday, January 15, 2026. Detour: traffic will turn left at Commerce St, continue on Commerce St to Chenevert St, turn right on Chenevert St to Runnels St, Turn right on Runnels St to Chartres St. Elgin St D     Eastbound and westbound from Hamilton St to St Emanuel St. Total Closure. Closed continuously until 3:00 PM, Sunday, December 21. Westbound traffic to take Hutchins St to Tuam St, turn left onto Tuam St, continue and turn left onto Chenevert St, and continue to Elgin St. Eastbound traffic to take Chenevert St to Tuam St, turn right onto Tuam St, continue and turn right onto Emancipation Ave, and continue to Elgin St. SH 275 / Harborside in Galveston County S     Eastbound and westbound from 37th St to 33rd St in Galveston. 1 Inside Lane(s). Closed continuously (Excluding the Weekend(s)) until 4:00 PM, Wednesday, November 26. St Emanuel St D     Northbound and southbound from JEFFERSON ST to ST JOSEPH ST. Total Closure. Detour: northbound traffic will continue on St Joseph to Chartres St, right of Chartres St to Jefferson St, right on Jefferson St to St Emanuel St. Detour: Southbound traffic will turn left on Jefferson St to Emancipation Ave, right on Emancipation Ave to Gray St, right on Gray St to St Emanuel St. D     Northbound and southbound from TEXAS AVE to PRESTON ST.
